‘A play that humbly attempts to explore the nature of our true selves. The self that we project in society, what is underground and invisible and what we allow to be shown. What we need as humans to grow strong and what makes us wither.’
Set in alternating format between England during World War II and a council estate in the 1990’s, we follow the story of Kevin and Eddie who have just lost a wife and mother and Iris and Ernie whose young love is overshadowed by their differing social status and England at war
